In-Store Pickup

In-store pickup is available for all products listed online. Customers will be notified when their orders are ready for pickup and may collect their items during regular business hours (hours may vary by location).

If an order is not picked up within two weeks of notification and we have not received any communication from the customer, the item will be returned to inventory, and the transaction will be refunded.

Local Delivery

We have partnered with local delivery services such as Doordash, and Uber to offer local delivery for eligible products and merchandise to eligible addresses. 

Shipping Fees

We offer shipping at the following rates:

Standard Shipping 3-5 Business Days

$50 and under      $8

Over $50 - $75      $12

Over $75 - $100    $22

Over $100 - $200  $36

Over $200 - $250  $44

Orders over $250 -  Will be determined based on total weight

International Shipping Fees

We offer international shipping at the following rates

$50 and Under $16

Over $50 - $75 $24

Over $75 - $100 $44

Over $100 - $200 $52

Over $200 Will be determined based on total weight

Standard International shipping expectations will differ depending on the destination

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only

Orders placed before 12PM EST Monday - Friday will be packaged and ready for carrier pick up the same day. All orders after 2pm will go out the next business day.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to the following countries:

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We currently ship to all addresses accessible by UPS, USPS, and DHL in North America. Any additional locations are pending.

Delayed Orders

 If delivery is delayed for any reason, we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Thank you for shopping with Animazed! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at shipping@animazed.store or call us at (919) 836-6015 to initiate your return and receive your return label. Once you have received your return label, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail in your return using the provided label.

Return shipping charges and labels will be paid or reimbursed by Animazed.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least three (3) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Unopened items will typically be eligible for return to be exchanged or refunded. Opened items that have been returned will be subject to inspection before a refund/exchange will be processed, Items that arrive damaged are eligible for refund or exchange. Items that have lost/damaged parts after delivery typically will not be eligible for return."
